Oregon Clinical Research is an independently owned research facility, working together with many major pharmaceutical companies to develop new treatments for medical conditions. The company was established in 1995 with a primary focus on the cardiovascular and endocrine/metabolic disease processes. Our research center includes experienced Clinical Investigators, Study Coordinators, Certified Medical Assistants, Certified Laboratory Technicians as well as Regulatory and Administrative personnel. We are committed to conducting the highest quality of medical research available for our sponsors and patients. We strive to create a relaxed and professional atmosphere for our patients, sponsors and staff.

Terri Eichorn, a Medical Assistant since 1983, established Oregon Clinical Research in 1995. With over 19 years of clinical research experience, she continues to oversee all company operations. She has coordinated over 85 clinical trials including treatments for Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, Metabolic Syndrome, Acute Bronchitis, Angina and Congestive Heart Failure. Terri has worked together with many major pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organizations to build solid, long-lasting business relationships.


Dr. Michael Azorr

Michael A. Azorr, MD received an Associate of Arts degree from Menlo College in Menlo Park California in 1961 and attended Stanford University in Stanford California from 1961-1963. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon in 1964 and his Medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1967. After completing an Internship and Residency program at Portland Providence Medical Center in 1973, he established an Internal Medicine practice of 35 years in Portland, Oregon. While practicing, he began conducting clinical trials as both Co-Principal Investigator and Principal Investigator. Dr. Azorr has completed over 80 clinical trials for Hypertension, Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypercholesterolemia and Acute Bronchitis. Dr. Azorr retired from his private medical practice in February 2006 and continues to work as Medical Director of Oregon Clinical Research.


Dr. Tracy Walker

Tracy Walker, MD earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southern Oregon State College in 1984, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Portland State University in 1986 and her Medical degree in 1990 from Oregon Health Sciences University. After completing a residency program at Legacy Emanuel Hospital and Health Center, she began a private practice specializing in Internal Medicine in 1994 and continued to practice until June of 2007. Dr. Walker began conducting clinical research studies as an Investigator in 2007 for Oregon Clinical Research. Her studies to date have included treatments for Diabetes, Hypertension, and Metabolic Syndrome.
